What kind of furniture do you carry?
Just Dinettes specializes in dinettes and dining room furniture. However, we can also special order any other furniture items from any of our vendors.
What brands do you carry?
Just Dinettes only carries the finest brands in dinettes: Amisco, Canadel, Coaster, Americana, Home Elegance, Ligo, Steve Silver, Intercon, Cramco, Beechbrook, Liberty Furniture, Cochrane, Chromcraft, and Oak Heritage.
Do you deliver your furniture?
We can deliver any furniture item that you buy from us. We also have our own delivery trucks and an in-house delivery staff. We do not use an outside delivery service to personally ensure that any furniture item arrives at your front door in perfect condition.
Why shouldn't I just buy a dinette set from a large furniture chain?
We carry only the finest brands and our 8,000 square-foot showroom is the most comprehensive collection of high-quality dinettes. We don't carry any brand that we wouldn't want to purchase for our own homes.
Where are you located?
Just Dinettes is located at the northwest corner of Route 59 and New York Street in Yorkshire Plaza near the Best Buy store.
Can I purchase any of your items online?
We do not sell things online. Due to the nature of our products we have found that shipping damage to private residents makes it impossible for proper customer service.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Sorry but we do not accept American Express.
Do you have any flexible payment options?
Yes, we do offer financing and lay away plans and service.
What are your delivery fees?
Delivery fees are variable based on distance and labor involved.
Is there any kind of warranty on your furniture?
We warranty all of our merchandise for a year from the day it is acquired by the customer. We only warranty against manufacturer defects.
Is Just Dinettes another one of those furniture chains?
No. We are a small, privately owned company with only one location within the Chicagoland area, giving you the best customer service and product quality.
Many other furniture retailers will not sell parts of their sets separately. Do you do this?
We, in fact, do sell most of our products seperately.
Can you special order any items?
Yes, we can also order custom-made products for you.
